HR MANAGER
Responsibilities :
- Engage with the business in aligning business and people strategies as well as developing and implementing appropriate HR strategies and plans
- Work closely with the local management team as well as with the offices of the companies overseas business partners, in managing changes and the appropriate transitions and integration of processes
- Advise the management on, and manage the full spectrum of the HR function - resourcing, compensation & benefits, performance management, talent management, staff engagement, HR Information System, Administration & Reports
- Align company policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with the local employment laws and regulations, as well as company policies and directives
Requirements:
- Male/Female
- Previous 4 -8 year Experience in HR & GA.
- Bachelor degree in human resources, management, psychology or other relevant qualifications
- Good verbal and written communication in English.
- Strong capability in managing HR Administrative, Personnel, Payroll and Industrial Relation
- Strong interpersonal skills, and able to effectively interact with and influence employees of all levels
