Summary Of Position Responsibilities :
- Manage and lead as well as be responsible for the smooth running of the activities supporting branch offices mainly in terms of business/marketing and became a member of the credit Committee team.
- Age maximal 40 years
- Minimum Bachelor degree education
- Have an understanding and experience in the field of adequate credit, analysis of the legal aspects and the common provisions applicable in the field of bank operations
- Preferred experience as Pincapem a minimum of 2 years, or as Team Leader Account Officer for a minimum of 3 years
- Have a minimum risk management Certification level 1
- Able to devise strategies to achieve the targets that have been set.
- Honest, independent and has good integrity in its field
- Have a lot of relationships
