eBdesk was established in the middle of "dot com" bubble in 1998. As
starting milestone, eBdesk proposed a new concept that applications
within organization should be running on top of internet platform, using
portal as the framework. The first product released to the market was
eBdesk Corporate Portal. It provided employee communication and
collaboration platform, for both internal and external parties such as
customers, vendors and suppliers. The successful implementations of the
product inspired eBdesk to develop more product segmentations such as
workflow, document management and knowledge management, to deliver
values towards customer satisfaction.

MEDIA ANALYST
Responsibilities :
- Provide regular analysis on specific topics inthe news and social media
- Collaborate with other team members and use the system provided
- To be part of the Operational Team to work on servicing the clients
- To
understand the latest trends and technologies on the Internet
particularly in social media, such as Facebook, Blogs, Forums and other
Internet community based sites
- The ability to read and understand articles fast and make a periodic report
- To be able to handle client issues in a timelymanner
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least an Undergraduate (S1) majoring in Communication, Journalism, Politic or equivalent
- Have extensive skills at analysis and have high curiosity
- Possess strong knowledge in general computer application such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Excel
- Fluent in Indonesian and good in English language
- Experienced using new media tools like Facebook, Twitter, reading forums & blogs
- Active in social media (please mention your social media account on your application)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills (should be able to produce well-written summaries/reports)
- Background in blogging an advantage
- 1-2 years working experience in the field of PR, Media or Journalism
- Fresh Grad can be considered for the Jr OnlineMedia Analyst post
- Able to adapt foreign english slangs and colloquialisms quickly
- Ability to read/write good English, Bahasa Malaysia and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills tobe able to work/lead in a team
- Highly motivated, pro-active and dynamic to adapt to changes quickly
