DEPUTY MANAGER COMPLIANCE
Responsibilities:
- Giving advice on compliance point of view
- Prepare report on compliance issues to authority, SMBC and Management
- Prepare/perform review toward policy /procedures related to compliance activity
- Review/provide opinion from compliance of view as requested by other departments
- Perform Compliance Self Review and Compliance Risk Assessment
- Bachelor degree majoring in Law/Accounting/Economy/Finance from reputable university or graduate from overseas university with min GPA 3.00
- Has working experiences related with banking/finance industry/consultant/accounting firm/law firm min 3 years
- Preferably has experiences in compliance/audit department
- Fluent in English both in oral and written
- Has good understanding on laws and regulation related with banking activities
- Has a good written communication skill for preparing reports and English Translation
